I read dozens of cooking magazines, blogs, and industry newsletters to stay current.
For the last 20+ years I have attended the Summer Fancy Food Show. I also attended Kosherfest for many years, until its demise in 2023. These events offer me the opportunity to see and taste the newest products, meet with industry professionals, attend seminars, and try to get a bead on the next hot thing.
