Menus

The first time I created a printed menu was for my father's 70th birthday dinner in 1999. We surprised him with everyone coming into town. My oldest, then 7 years old, rang the bell. After he answered, everyone else came into the house, one-by-one, through different doors, Within 10 minutes the whole family was gathered and my Dad was smiling from ear to ear.

I've continued the menu habit. I find that when I'm planning, having a printed menu helps me focus.
