Sangria
P | VEG | V | GF
Serves 2 to 4
Sangria is lovely on a lazy summer day, when it’s too hot to do much, including cook. Enjoy it with tapas, little bites of food, such as olives, deviled eggs, smoked or tinned fish, bread, and cheese.
Use a red or white Spanish wine, rioja is a good choice and affordable.
